Celebrating Our Team – The HORIBA MIRA People Awards 2024
HORIBARIANs across the company were celebrated this week at the fifth annual HORIBA MIRA People Awards.
January 23rd, 2025 – Showcasing the remarkable talent, dedication and teamwork of our colleagues, these prestigious awards highlight the individuals and teams who have gone above and beyond to support each other, the company, and our customers.
Nominees were celebrated in a special ceremony held on 23 January, hosted by HORIBA MIRA’s Managing Director, Declan Allen and Global People Director, Lisa Rowles. The overall winners in each category were announced and recognised for their exceptional contributions that have made a lasting impact on HORIBA MIRA’s progress.

A team who has achieved excellent delivery results this year through high-quality, agile and flexible approaches.
Winner: Passive Safety Centre Expansion Team
Innovation (Individual or Team)
This award category recognises the individuals or teams responsible for the stand-out innovative behaviours of the year and how they positively influence HORIBA MIRA’s impact as a resilient sustainable business.
Winner: Isabel Marsh – Project Engineer, Propulsion Development Centre
Team Player (Individual)
The winner of this category is a strong team player working for the good of the group, bringing shared objectives into fruition, helping us to build the best team and to be a great place to work.
Winner: Paul Watson – Senior Business Partner, HSE
