HORIBA - Global HR Strategy Leader, HORIBA MIRA Ltd – Global people Director
In addition to her role at HORIBA MIRA, Lisa serves as the Global HR Strategy Leader for HORIBA, where she leads the global HR strategy across 50 companies in 29 countries and regions. Lisa’s focus includes a passion for people development, skills enhancement, culture, and engagement, emphasising the well-being of over 89,000 team members and their contribution to positive societal impact.
Lisa also holds the position of Vice President People & Engagement for HORIBA’s Energy & Environment Field. As a member of the Energy & Environment Board, she focuses on all aspects of people and engagement, supporting the global management team in growing the business with high-technology skills and fostering a positive culture both internally and externally.
Throughout her tenure at HORIBA MIRA, Lisa has been instrumental in developing talent across the automotive industry. She is passionate about addressing the increasing challenges related to resources and skills within the fast-evolving automotive and mobility sector. Her focus extends beyond immediate resourcing needs to the skills development of a future talent pipeline for the industry as a whole and maximising promotion f opportunities for a diverse community.
In recognition of her contributions, Lisa has received numerous industry accolades. In 2025, she was Highly Commended in Autocar’s Drivers of Change awards recognising those driving leading diversity across the automotive industry. Lisa was named a finalist in the People Development category of Autocar’s Great Women in the British Car Industry awards in 2022 and honoured as the overall category winner for Talent in the 2024 edition of the same awards. Furthermore in 2020, Lisa was listed in Autocar’s Top 100 Great Women in the British Car Industry.
